Black cars do get hotter and take longer to cool. They also suck to keep clean. But the government has no business telling us what color our cars should be.

solution is so simple: all black cars MUST have solar powered fans to keep interiors cool when parked in the sun. thus relieving load on the A/C.

In their defense my white Mini is much cooler on the inside on a sunny day than my friend's black Mini. Arnold needs to do something about the other branches of government in that state, maybe storm their chambers in full Conan uniform.
