I can really see a test between the Nano, Smart for2, and the iMiEV. It would be a hell of a race. And throw in the Issetta while you're at it...

Congratulations to Tata and the People of India for the wonderful spirit by which this car has been brought to the market. The cynics said Tata would not achieve the price:quality balance to attract the world, but the car is "a miracle" and a paragon of desirability. It will sell in the numbers it deserves and even more! This is an "empathic" automobile.

Wait!.....I already hear the "rustling" of cheque books!!

You must be from India or of Indian descent, am I right?

Among people I ever met, only those from India permanently used such inadequate figures of speech, some blatant hyperbole and overrated, overemphasized opinions to describe every possible shit they liked.

Nano is just some cheap turdlet on wheels. A scooter with some two more tires glued to the frame, nothing more. Crash in it and the ambulance team will pronounce victims DOA by default, without even checking.

May the pride of Indian soul and spiritual character strength be with you, brother!

Moooooooooooooooooooooo!

Would I buy that car?

If my other choice of transportation is walking: Yes.

In all other cases: No.

Will that car sell? Yes. In certein markets it will sell like a hot cake. In others, it won´t.

Is that a problem? I don´t think so.
