Rockstar AEM Scion tC drift car
The RSR 400hp Scion drift car competed in the D1 Formula Drift Championship last year and after a successful campaign season using the tC sports coupe in the Formula Drift, the company have determined to come back in the current series with a new team and a second tC.

In order for the small Scion to be propelled to drift king position, however, the car had to have a major changeover, which included a totally new setup of its driveline by placing the power at the rear. The platform for the drift car is shared with Toyota’s Japanese market Avensis 4-wheeler and Caldina all-wheel drive, a feature that assisted the car to undergo the transformation. Powering the car is a potent V8 unit derived on Toyota’s NASCAR racing powerplant that can produce 650hp (485kW) and 450ft-lb (610Nm) of torque.
