Mercedes-Benz SLR by FAB Design or how ugly can you make a SLR?
The FAB Design SLR Desire’s most stunning feature would initially be its batmobile look-alike at the front together with the wide-ranging aerodynamic modifications both to the side and rear.

The modified bodywork has been created from carbon fiber where some parts were left deliberately unpainted to provide observers a firsthand visual experience what is under the paint finish. Besides the fenders at the front and rear, it comes also with fresh side skirts equipped with unique recesses for the bespoke high-performing sports exhaust system with six exhaust pipes coming out of the side of the car just as they do in a regular SLR. The appearance is rounded out by the totally revised front apron together with the reshaped hood, which follows the style of the new front face and the broader fenders.

FAB you guys are doing way too much to a car that is already hot from the factory. a $500,000 car doesnt deserve a DTM kit on it i dont care if it was made with carbon fiber that doesnt make it hot. the wheels probably look better in a stainless steel finish. but I have to say they turned a half million dollar car into probably a 3/4 of a million dollar P.O.S. way to mess up a car....

| And why does the SLR need improvements?

True. I think the SLR has the most superlooks from any supercar.

This thing is a montrosity. And why does the SLR need improvements? It is a supercar with some "out there" style elements already. I guess this body kit is for people with far more money than taste or class.

That MB would look awesome on the road next to the ugly insect Nissan GTR.

Why bring the GT-R into this?...unless someone is really insecure.

I've always thought that it was ugly to begin with. It went from bad to worse.

FAB should all be sent to jail for destroying a beautiful car.

It takes a lot of skill to make something that ugly.

Wow I didn't think you could make an SLR more hideous...but I was wrong.

I'll take the SLR 722 over this any day. Why ruin a super car of this stature with tacky parts. If it was from AMG that would be totally different.

They're missing the point! The McLaren Mercedes-Benz SLR is a supercar car that is supposed to be as comfortable as an SL!!!!!!
