Chevrolet pulls out of Frankfurt Motor Show
It is reported that General Motors will not be showing any Chevrolet brand cars at the 2009 Frankfurt Motor Show. Chevrolet said that it will not have a show area at Frankfurt.

Having shown the Cruze compact car and the Spark at the Geneva event has left the carmaker with nothing new to display at Frankfurt. For the first three months of this year, Chevrolet has sold less than 50,000 units in the European market. Chevrolet has to be very wise about its investments considering the current financial situation and having a display stand at the Frankfurt will cost more than $1 million and no less.

Bottom line ... How many Silverados are they really going to sell in Germany? Smart move...save those travel dollars, probably will need them next year (or next week?).
