This article is pretty poorly written.

"Both of the vehicles will be unveiled by the German manufacturer until the end of this year."

should read

"Both of the vehicles will be unveiled by the German manufacturer AT THE end of this year."

or

"Both of the vehicles will NOT be unveiled by the German manufacturer until the end of this year."
