...A neat option I found was the Sport Exhaust System.

"Features modified main silencers and specially designed sports tailpipes. The "sport sound" is activated via an additional switch in the center console."

I'm not sure I see the Marlin connection, but let me preface this comment by saying that I loved the Porsche 928 from day one, and still do. But you have to take a look at it and the AMC Pacer at the same time. The overall styling is remarkably similar. The Pacer of course is much taller, probably wider, less sleek, of course, but the styling themes are very similar. Google pics of both and you'll see, if you haven't thought of it already.

Instead of that idiot stop clock on the dash, they should have put a real clock there.
