Bmw 750hi coming to the Frankfurt Motor Show
Few weeks ago Mercedes-Benz revealed its new S400 Hybrid, Lexus has its own LS600h, but what about Bmw? Well, the manufacturer is currently developing the 750hi. According to our sources the vehicle will be revealed at this year’s Frankfurt Motor Show and will go on sale by the end of this year.

Although the 2010 Mercedes-Benz S400 Hybrid carries a 305 hp V6 engine, the Bavarian manufacturer does not like ‘jokes’ and it will choose a more potent 4.4-liter Biturbo V8 engine capable to deliver 407 hp. This engine will be connected to an automatic gearbox with 8 reports, supplied by ZF and currently found on the latest 760i which was revealed in Shanghai. But why this gearbox? Because, according to our sources, the vehicle is very good for hybrid cars because it provides a place for the installation of an electric motor. We don’t know the power of the electric motor yet, but for sure this will develop more than 20 hp (the power of the electric motor found on the S400 Hybrid) because the vehicle will also be capable to be driven in a full electric mode.

Hey why not, low life lawyers and stock brokers need to feel included in the "go green" initiatives too.
