Chrysler Creditors Now Receiving Death Threats For Obstructing Bankruptcy Proceedings

Creditors objecting to Chrysler LLC's efforts to speed the company's move through bankruptcy won a delay in a key hearing today, and a lawyer said some had received death threats.

The major proposal on tap for today was winning approval of the company's plan to establish bidding procedures -- in an effort to quickly allow the "good" assets of Chrysler to be auctioned off so the company can quickly emerge from bankruptcy.

But Chrysler filed that request on Saturday -- not Friday -- so U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Arthur Gonzales agreed to delay that hearing until 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

You are an a hole. Try and raise money in the future for any company that looks like it might be taken over by President Zero and his band of merry thieves. People made a judgement to invest in an American Company based on the laws placing SECURED lenders in first place ahead of almost every other creditor. These laws are sacred and have never been breeched in the history of the country. You say they deserve it? You are a no nothing moron. You are too stupid to understand that the Law Breaker In Chief is taking our freedoms and rule of law away from us at a breath taking pace. Good luck surviving when you discover how far your $7.50 an hour goes after years of 10%+ inflation, higher energy taxes as a result of "Crap And Trade" and massive tax increases for EVERYBODY.
