Chrysler bankruptcy will delay 2010/2011 model launches
Chrysler’s manufacturing chief Frank Ewasyshyn said today that the automakers 2010 models will be delayed due to the company’s Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing. He said that the current shutdown of plants may also delay the 2011 models next year.

According to Automotive News, Ewasyshyn said that once Chrysler comes back to production with an alliance with Fiat SpA, the new company will finish assembling the vehicles, engines and parts that are now partially built in Chrysler’s facilities. He said that...

We can all thank Diamler [german company ] for doing a dine and dash on chrysler. Diamler was the one that killed Chryslers small car platform. Dont care for what is happening now but i feel as long as chrysler and fiat are in an alliance it will have to do. Chrysler needs to get back on there feet and STOP merging with other companies.
