Ferrari F450 coming to Frankfurt Motor Show

According to the latest report from Auto Motor Und Sport, it appears that the upcoming Ferrari F450, codenamed F142, will receive a 4.5-liter V8 engine capable to develop around 550 hp. Also, this engine will be connected to the double-clutch gearbox, also found on the brand new Ferrari California. Regarding the design, the new F450 will be bigger than the F430 and will feature larger air intakes as well as re-designed front and rear aprons. Expect the new vehicle to appear at this year’s Frankfurt Motor Show!

lololololololol I dont mean to be funny but dont this look like a Infiniti G37 if you look at it real quick.....lol....but i know ferrari will make this car spectacular. ferrari makes such well built race/track street cars this one will be off the charts im sure.

The picture posted is of their current model the 599. About $325k new with Enzo derived 630hp V-12 mid/front engine. It is not the new F450.

the car in that photo looks alot more "plain" than the current F430, but wow, does Ferrari know how to build an engine. 4.5L + 550hp = 122hp/L of 9000 RPM naturally aspirated V8 awesomeness.

Unless Ferrari is take the Rear engine Porsche approach (and they're not) The car in the photo isn't the next F450. It's clearly front engined. Maybe a shell, but not mid-engined as you can tell by the drivers seated position.

The car on the picture is the 599GTB, stop speculating about this car being front-engined or not, the car on the pic is the 599.
