Ford kills off the Mercury Sable
According to Ford spokeswoman Angie Kozleski, the last unit of the Mercury Sable will roll off the production line this Thursday. Ford sold only 1,158 Sables last month.

The move will leave Mercury with just four models. The Mercury Mountaineer and the Grand Marquis are both scheduled to die over the next couple of years.

...and nothing of value was lost. I still question Mercury in general. If anything just make a top level trim above the current Ford offerings, name it Premiere or something and be done with it.
