I think this will be a trend we will see as the federal government really exerts their control over GM and Chrysler. The good talent will leave for greener pastures, leaving mediocre (at best) management behind trying to turnaround two companies that both face gigantic obstacles.

"Good talents?" If GM and Chrysler had such good talents, I wouldn't think they would be in this current position. I would question any executives with GM and Chrysler leadership history on their resume.

Throughout the lifetime of most automotive engineers, they will change companies at least 3 times, there are as many "Germans" working for GM/Chrysler, as there are "Americans" working for BMW/Benz/Vw group

Pay attention Brembo. This guy had only been there 13 months so he has nothing to do with their past failures.
