Ford to revive Capri as a three-door hatchback

Ford recently celebrated the 40th Anniversary of the Ford Capri, at which point we wondered if Ford would ever visit the iconic coupe. According to AutoExpress, the Capri will make a comeback in 2010 as a hatchback and will be a new 3-door version of the Ford Focus.

Hoping to compete with the likes of the Volkswagen Scirocco, Ford is reinventing the Capri into a stylis hatchback. Think of it as a coupe-like-hatchback with a heavily chopped appearance at the back.
