Aggressive is when you call people idiots because of their preference for a certain car brand. You are entitled to your opinion but when you come into this forum and start posting biased uninformed comments, you will get some strong replies. You seem to have a strong preference for certain German car brands because of perceived cachet so that leads me to believe that you are in the US? Go to Europe and you'll see that Audi is just as highly regarded as the "big 2". Go sit in an Audi, drive it, live with it for a little while and maybe you'll be enlightened.

We have better things to do than "School" you.
The position you hold on FWD/Quattro & RWD systems in use by Audi & BMW just shows how Ignorant you are. Did it ever occur to you that if the FWD system Audi and VW use was inferior then why would the FWD Seat (Spanish VW) in the WTCC (World Touring Car Championship) be giving BMW a good run for its money, Hell it is currently ahead of BMW in the manufacturers points.

In regions where the roads are small and twisty FWD systems have a clear advantage over RWD, in Winter conditions FWD has a clear advantage over RWD.

So until you actually drive a vehicle please try not to repeat without thought the Effluent you read online with regards to FWD/Quattro or RWD Drivetrains.

Please also note that Audi has its own established platforms and full-line R&D. The rest of "schooling" you should be aware of if you are a so-called automotive enthusiast. Furthermore, not to rain on your parade Herrokitty, but the so called two, wish they were in the position that Audi is in today (at least Audi is profitable, cannot say the same for your "Big 2"...and the story can continue with more facts if you like. Not being aggressive, just get tired of types like you coming here and being so ignorant and clueless.

Plus, I wouldn't be knocking VAG right now. They are emerging as one of the top automakers that has done this correctly and sold the farm like your precious overhyped and overated "Big 2." Porsche is next set to become a VAG brand.

Correction: "not" sold the farm...

Ha ha ha is right! Audi is laughing all the way to the bank. How about BMW? Right to the German government for a bailout or to Mercedes-Benz for help. Your more clueless than your ignorant posts ascertain you to be.
