A Look Back at the Classic Opel GT

CarVersation covered the original Opel GT sports car as part of its "Friday Flashback" series. The old GT was Opel's first stab at building a fun and sporty car. The GT name came back again as Opel's version of the Saturn Sky roadster. Sadly, the Sky will be discontinued.

My mother had one when I was a child, and it was a great little vehicle... Though the (overall) performance was never quite a match for its very well-drawn exterior.
