Rolls-Royce Ghost will get coupe and convertible variants

So we’re pretty excited to see the final version of the Rolls-Royce Ghost before it enters production later this year; but it may not be the last Ghost that we’ll see. According to exterior stylist Andreas Thurner, Rolls-Royce is planning a family of models based on the new small model.

“The Ghost was designed in a way to make other body styles,” Thurner said. “We have to build up a family for the Ghost just as we did for the Phantom.”

They have yet to be given the green light, but we wouldn’t doubt them...

If this is getting a new coupe or convertible that HOPEFULLY this means that the 2009 7er will EVENTUALLY be in a coupe or convertible version as the new 7 series or 8 Series coupe.
