Porsche Cayenne Hybrid debut confirmed for 2010
Although it is public knowledge that Porsche intends to come up with a family of production Cayenne hybrids, it was confirmed today that the car will hit dealerships and on the streets by the third quarter of next year with a sticker price of 90,000 Euros.

Although details have been scarce, some major details have emerged showing that the Cayenne hybrid will be equipped with V8 performance with four-cylinder level emissions and economy, just like a hybrid. However, the Cayenne is not just about reduced fuel consumption. Combining an Audi 3.0-liter V6 DFI powerplant that produces 333hp and top torque of 324lb-ft, plus an electric motor that adds another 52hp and 22lb-ft and a 38kW NiMH battery pack, the Cayenne Hybrid S is livelier than the regular hybrid, or 6-cylinder SUV

Hmmm... who else is willing to wager that they will make a 911 hybrid badged with "kers" in the next 5 years?

Did your Mama get dumped by guy who drove Porsche or something?!?? You have a weird obsession that you need to let go of because no one cares. Talk some what objectively about the cars or shut up!

kers is a formula 1 term that didn't work out too well. The 911 will never be a hybrid, possibly electric like RUF is doing.

As for your badge comment the censors won't let me say what I think of you accept no one loves you. You obviously have not driven many modern late model Porsche's and are angry with yourself for lack of funds to purchase anything nice.

The Cayenne needs to first loose weight before it gets a hybrid.

Just make performance vehicles "performance vehicles" and hybrids "Hybrids" Hybrids wont be around much longer anyway so why waste the time.
