GM Exits Bankruptcy, What's Next?

GM completed the paperwork and its good assets exited bankruptcy at 6:30 a.m., a government official familiar with matter said this morning. GM is now known as General Motors Co.

General Motors Co. CEO Fritz Henderson and other company officials are holding a 9 a.m. press conference today to discuss the company's emergence from bankruptcy.
