HOT or NOT: Audi R8 Bling'd Out

Having driven and experienced an Audi R8, I must say it is easily the best car I have driven in 2009. However, like all cars, if I owned one I would change a few things.

But would you chrome it out?

I am all for people personalizing their whips and doing as they please but damn this is bold.

I suggest that everybody who has not seen a fully chromed out vehicles to reserve their judgement till they actually see one. I thought it was tacky, but once I saw it in person... A fully chromed out CL63 AMG, I loved it.

THIS CAR REMINDS ME OF HOW CORNY SPINNERS,ITAILIAN DESIGNED INTERIORS..PRADA,LOUIS VITTON, AND SPOILERS THAT ARE 24-48 INCHES TALL.....WHEN i SEE THIS IN PERSON i WOULD HAVE THE WOW FACTOR FOR ABOUT 30 MINUTES THEN I WOULD BE GOOD. THIS DOESNT DO ANYTHING FOR ME BUT MAKE SURE I AM WEARING BLU-BLOCKERS IF I LIVED ANYWHERE NEAR THIS THING.....tHIS IS TASTELESS TO ME BUT I KNOW ITS HOT TO OTHERS

If I was going to do an aftermarket paint job on an R8 I'd do something I have yet to see done on a non-show car.

Matte silver.

Seen tons of matte black cars (most are vinyl wraps) but never matte silver/gunmetal/pearl white.

no i am not a fan of total chrome body cars. I like matte more. One of my friend recently did orange matte to his LX570 and that looks cool.
But yes there are plenty of full chrome cars roaming here in UAE.

Probably done by some stuck up, snotty, jerkfaced Saudi Prince with nothing else to do with his billions and palace in the sand but by cars and make them shiny. One of them did this to an S4 I believe.
