Good question there! Add a small/compact SUV category to your list.

Car:
Small: Caterham Seven or, if insane choices are not allowed, a Volvo C30
Midsize: Audi A/S6 (excellent balance between luxury and sportiness, timeless elegance i.m.o.)
Large: None (never desired one really)
GT: Panamera
Sport: Audi R8 (hands down my first choice out of any bunch. No money for Ferrari from me if I win the lottery)
SUV: Maybe an old-school Land Rover (Don't know/care much about them).
Crossover: Audi Q7 (had one for 2 years now, would buy it again in a heartbeat)
Large: Large SUV? I only drove one once. It was a Lincoln Navigator and I'd say it was the biggest (literally and figuratively) pile of crap I had ever driven.
Truck:
Small: F-150 with gun rack and fresh mud on it and I'd drive it through San Francisco with my Bush Cheney '04 hat on.
Large: If we're talking really large, then I'd drive e Peterbilt once just for giggles, otherwise no preference/desire.
