Bmw increases production due to launch of the X1 and 5-Series GT
According to the latest reports, Bmw will increase production due to the recently launch of the baby-SUV X1 and the 5-Series GT. Even in Leipzig plant, where Bmw decided to slash the number of workers from 25,000 to 12,000, the production will be increased. The reports came after, in a recent interview with the Financial Times, Ian Robertson announced that the market is beginning to see some encouraging signals! For those who don’t know, Bmw is not the only manufacturer who ibegins to receive positive sales!

Its nice to see BMW willing to roll the dice, but I doubt that they will hit it big with the X1 and GT-5.

Unless you order it to spec, you probably won't find one of these under $40k on U.S. dealer lots. And if that's the case, I'd much prefer to spend a few extra grand on an Audi Q5, and get a larger vehicle, with a better AWD system, and an all-around better looking package.

I was referring to the X1. The 5 series GT is just hideous.
