BMW S.X. Concept

BMW S.X. Concept
Looking at some of the controversial recent designs coming out of BMW, many enthusiasts might think that it's not hard to imagine that study hall doodles would be preferable. Not exactly a schoolboy anymore, Iulian Bumbu has applied skills learned at a Milanese automotive design program to a BMW etude.

The car looks like it could actually be possible, wearing design cues that echo the recently redone Z4. The renderings call to mind the recently scuttled Concept CS from BMW's own pens, depicting a car that's extra-wide, super-low, and ultra aggressive. In any case, BMW could do worse than this flight of fancy.

This looks amazing. And the best thing is, it actually looks like a BMW.

I will give it to you that car does look amazing.....BUT....this car looks 90% like aston martin than or a ferrari 599 than anything else. I see where BMW is going and I think they are on the right track but get rid of the ASTONFERARRI design and make it more BMW-ISH...

Not revolutionary or controversial at all, it's just not a BMW, it's other designs with a BMW grilles stuck on a the front..

its a nice car...for today. Concepts are suppose to be cars of the FUTURE. Oh and the back looks like an Aston Martin IMO.

No, well look at the design. Yes, I would say it has a strong Aston Martin take, but the rear favors the 6 Series with its integrated spoiler and the rear lenses says BMW. The lower defuser is unique, and how the trunk folds into the rear window again favors the 6 Series. From the rear flank forward, its Aston Martin. Move around to the front, the grill looks unique but very BMW. The front air vents are smart, not the language we would see from BMW, but if they resembled the same from say the X6, it would seem familiar. The lens are from the 7 Series design language, can't go wrong with that. Hey BMW needs something like this yesterday.

On a weekly basis we should be seeing the;
S.X. sedan
S.X. wagon
S.X. crossover
S.X. GT
and last, the S.X.M.

BMW is a copycat with this one, but you have to admit that they at least know who to copy.
