Ford building one-of-a-kind aviation themed AV-X10 ‘Dearborn Doll’ Mustang
Ford is currently involving in charity events with his second one-of-a-kind project designed especially for the Experimental Aircraft Association’s ‘Gathering of Eagles’ fundraiser. The special model AV-X10 “Dearborn Doll” Ford Mustang features an aircraft lookalike to fit with the event’s thematic.

Its platform base is represented by a 2010 Mustang GT with Glass roof option and performance changes borrowed from Ford Racing. The car is powered by 10-millionth Romeo Engine Plant 4.6L V8 engine, with the performance package including a Ford Racing 550 horsepower supercharger kit, FR500S performance exhaust, short throw shifter, Handling Pack featuring dampers, lowering springs and anti-roll bar kit. In terms of look and feel its paint and graphic theme was designed as a recognition to the WWII aviation paint schemes, translated into a custom blended Satin Silver base with Yellow “nose cone” and rear wing along with a white tail stripe with the AV-X10 call letters.

That looks no different than any other Mustang save for a terrible paint job.
