Vw Golf VI is Europe’s top-selling car
Jato Dynamics has revealed which cars made it to Europe’s top-selling list in the first half of 2009. Taking the trophy as top-seller is Volkswagen’s sixth-generation Golf, after having sold 59,628 units. Trailing second is the Ford Fiesta with a record of 43,338 units.

The Peugeot 207 came in third after selling 37,631 units. The Opel/Vauxhall Corsa and Renault Clio rounded up the top five. Ford, Opel/Vauxhall, Fiat and Peugeot all had two models each on the list, with the Focus, Astra, Punto, Panda and 308 models all appearing as well.

Very nice cars, driven each one of them and the Euro cousins are far better than the American ones.
