Ford Fiesta Caught Roaming In Irvine, CA
Ford's tremendously successful Fiesta was caught in Irvine, California today.

While I happen to think the Lime Green Fiesta is not all that bad, we're curious as to your thoughts.  Will this make an impression in America?

Note: the Fiesta is currently Europe's second most sold vehicle with just over 43,000 units sold.

The fiesta movement came to DC sometime ago. That was pretty cool.

The Fiesta will sell well IF Ford doesn't market it as some feeble poor man's car. They should take the opportunity to prove to the public that you can be frugal and be entertained at the same time. Offer a sport version, call it a GT, and be sure to make it have 4 wheel disc brakes and maybe a turbo. I keep saying it that the key to making money is targeting the kids. Nintendo does it. Walt Disney did and continues to do it. Pixar...Macdonalds...the list goes on and on. Make it affordable and tunable. A brilliant idea (which I recently read about) is what Triumph motorcycles of England does. They offer a free software enabling the owners of their motorcycles to tune the bike with a simple laptop connection. The way of the future I tell you! Once the kids can afford it and can fiddle with it, it will be sold in droves.
