Bentley planning to use engine cuttof technology
Bentley has hopped on the environmentally conscious wagon with its plan to add features such as aerodynamic aids and engine cylinder deactivation. It seems Bentley is bent (pardon the pun) on constantly outdoing itself.

It has recently released the flex-fuel capable Continental Supersports, Bentley’s fastest and most powerful production car ever, and now we’re seeing Bentley venture into greener technology. Its Arnage flagship is no more but a new super Arnage is expected to start production near the end of 2010. Bentley has always been one to go for larger, faster and more luxurious but this time, it will also feature cylinder deactivation, which aims to reduce fuel consumption and carbon dioxide emissions.

Although, since they do weigh more then hummers, and the added weight does make the ride smoother... it would be cool if they used a couple 400hp electric motors coupled to super capacitors and put a get away button on the dash :P
