Bentley Beefs Up The Arnage

Bentley Beefs Up The Arnage

First came the teaser images... Now feast your eyes on the real thing!

As Bentley's stunning Arnage emerged from the shadows, one thing became immediately clear to our spy photographers. This car is simply huge.

Though covered in disguise, these images are among the clearest yet of the newcomer. Grainy detail images of an undisguised model have also surfaced - but only these pictures tell the full story of this car's true character.

Expected to be at least 30cm longer than the current model, redesigned parts also include the front bumper, rear end and tailpipes.

well there is no need for a long wheelbase version if the standard version will be as big as the current long wheelbase Arnage

The practical limit to length is set by maneuverability issues and ability to fit the vehicle in available parking space. I do not think Bentley plans to violate that limit. Lack of very generous rear leg room is often a deal-breaker.

The rear bumper overhang is almost as long as the one on the Toyota Avalon

Maybe they are following Aston Martin's lead and will offer the car with a Toyota attached to the back so the owner can skirt the London congestion taxes by parking and taking the second car.

LOL. This car is so heavily disguised that the front end looks like the 1975 Cadillac Seville!

I do not think that this spy shot is authentic. the rear quarter window has an ugly un-Bentley-like curve to it. The headlights are inconsistent with official Bentley teasers. As for rear overhang mentioned by MSP6, there is never enough trunk space in a sedan.
