2010 Mercedes-Benz E-Class range receives two four-cylinder engines
Two four-cylinder engines will be added to the Mercedes-Benz E-class range. The first, the E200 CDI, is powered by a 2.1-liter diesel engine while the E200 CGI will have the 1.8-liter petrol engine. Sold under Mercedes’ BlueEfficiency eco-friendly badge, both models will be added to the new E-class range in September.

The diesel unit produces 134bhp and 265lb ft of torque and takes 10.2sec to get from 0-62mph. Top speed is 130mph. Combined fuel consumption is said to be up to 51.3 mpg, and CO2 emissions are expected to be between 137g/km and 145g/km.

No one is harder on a car than taxicab drivers.

That's why the E-Klasse is the #1 choice.

Thanks for pointing that out.

Why do they always give you smaller wheels in correspondence with smaller engines? An E200 with the same Sport package available on the E550, including 19's would suit me quite well.
