Audi A1 coming to the Frankfurt Motor Show

Audi is planning to reveal the new A1 at this year’s Frankfurt Motor Show. Though, if you are an usual visitor of the important motor shows during the year, you have sure seen already the three-door specimen at the Metroproject Quattro in 2007 or the five-door sportback version at the 2008 Paris Motor Show.

It is to be confirmed if the mass market production will start this year because the company’s officials have only confirmed the pre-production models for this year.

Actually, the car is based on the same platform as the VW polo, which we don't even get here.
