Nissan presents new driver-assist systems
Traveling through curvy roads is now made safer by a technology being developed by Nissan’s R&D. Nissan recently announced a “Distance Control Assist/Navigation-Cooperative Intelligent Pedal” and “Active Stability Assist” system.

The Distance Control Assist/Navigation-Cooperative Intelligent Pedal works by utilizing real-time navigation information to help the driver decelerate or brake as the car enters a curve.

Why not? Because I actually want to DRIVE my car MY way...not have a car tell me or 'assist' me how to drive...

i think it's great technology! because not everyone wants to drive around a curve as if they were on a race track. also, not everyone is the best driver, so if this helps someone control their vehicle more then so be it.
