What ONE Vehicle Would YOU Pick To Be Known Forever More As The Official Ride Of DOUCHEBAGS?
As I was driving around LA this week seeing a lot of the popular 'in crowd' rides, it became apparent that there seems to be a trend of epidemic proportions, of DOUCHEBAGS driving the streets in these road icons.

There is the macho car moniker, chick car, kid racer, garage queen, etc., etc., etc. but NO one has marked ONE vehicle as a 'DOUCHEBAG' car.

So I thought I would open up the subject to the leading auto trendsetters, the AutoSpies.com reader and go down in history as the place that officially coined the term.

I have a feeling, this article will end up having some of the most interesting choices and comments of any article we've ever done.

And it should be a WHOLE lotta fun.

Except for the manufacturer that ends up having one of their models become the 'OFFICIAL Car of DOUCHEBAGS'

The only rule is you HAVE to choose both the MAKE AND MODEL and tell us WHY you chose it.

You can't just say, anything from such and such a manufacturer.

So have at it friends and give your answers, but the response, ANY car the '00's drive is the winner is NOT allowed!

Although, in the words of John Mayer, we're probably as 'douchy' as any men can be! LOLOL!!!!

Who is YOUR WINNER?

And don't forget to pass the article around on the major social networks so we get a REALLY large sampling of choices.

Porsche 911, between the Porsche club, the arrogance, and having someone correct you numerous times on how to say "Porsche"...

Porsche is not a Douche car. Porsche has a long, long history of racing and motorsports. It's the furthest brand from being a douche car. Admittedly, there are some douches who can afford them and know nothing about their history as champs in motorsports, but that's another story and certainly not a reason to nominate Porsche for a douche car.

Yeah, i hear you. I'm just defending Porsche as being a great car. The percentage of people driving Porsches who are douches is much lower than the percentage of people driving cars like Mitsubishi Eclipses - proportionally much lower douches in Porsches.

It isn't unheard of to purchase items, particularly very expensive items on credit cards. I know people who have purchased houses with credit cards. One reason in pretty simple- by essentially deferring payment for a month they make money because that money is allowed to be productive for that time period. If you purchase a $2 million house and your return on your money is 6% APR, then your decision to put it on your credit card made you $10,000. Sure the $1750 in a similar situation that you would earn by putting a $350,000 car on your credit card isn’t massive, but that becomes larger the more productive your money is. If your money is productive enough, you wouldn’t pay for it at-once either.

While it's a close contest between the Cadillac Escalade and Hummer H2/H3, the Hummers must take the recognition. Not only are thees owners devoid of any degree of financial tact, they have the fabricated notion that at some point soon, they will be faced with an off-road obligation which can only be accomplished with poor engineering and even more affable capability. What's worse is that these two models have disgraced the reputation of the brand. When GM sold their sole to the devil in 2003, they took Hummer from the greatest production SUV on the market to a discussion involving the flagship vehicle of douche bags.
