STUD or DUD? 2010 Mercedes E-Class Estate Wagon Leaks Out On To The Web
Dear 009,

It never ceases to amaze me just how many people leave things out on their desk.  Such as these great pics of the new 2010 Mercedes E-Class Estate Wagon due out in September at the Frankfurt Motor Show.

I would imagine our good friends over in Europe will see the full compliment of power train options while we stateside buyers will only have the standard array of V6 options and possibly a CDI as well.

Please send 001 my best regards and I hope to see him at the rendezvous site in Frankfurt.

From these pictures I'd say stud. Merc always has really classy wagons.

Ditto, looks great for a wagon. I think the back is a little dull, but then again, it is a wagon.

Dud, to much overlap with the R-class, and as it lies the R class doesn't get enough sales.

Love the back seat, and the rails to hold items in the back. I have to admit that I;m loving the wagons these days. The CTS wagon was first and now this.

The new E class is an epic failure. This is no different. It's the newest car in its class but has placed last in every single comparison test most recently at Car and Driver. The GS, A6, 5er, ES, XF, M and RL are all much much much better cars.

DUD with a capital D. As somebody already pointed out, this looks like an updated R-class.

You really don't know the difference between the R-Klasse and the E-Klasse Estate?

Dud because i dont understand why they still make these wagons. The sedan versions have plenty of room,if you need more room, buy a truck. Stud for the fact it is the prettiest wagon out right now imo/
