Hybrid Lamborghini expected by 2015

Lamborghini CEO Stephan Winkelmann has spoken of a possible 2015 debut for a mild hybrid Lamborghini. He said that he could see the cars adopting a small electric motor in conjunction with gasoline power. However, Winkelmann said that a fully electric Lamborghini is not something the company is currently keen on planning. 2015 is coincidentally also the year that Ferrari plans to release its own hybrid models.

I can't grasp the idea of having a hybrid super car. Super cars aren't supposed to be fuel efficient. In any case, as long as it hits 60mph in less than 4.5 seconds it should still be respectable I think. Certainly I'll op for the petrol models. A hyrid sounding like a typical lambo I don't know how they can accomplish that because aren't super/hyper cars supposed to be loud and out there?
