Aston Martin Rapide Interior Revealed

According to AutoTelegraaf.nl, the much-anticipated Aston Martin Rapide will make its world debut at the 2009 Frankfurt Motor Show next month. The publication also posted a couple of new images of the four-door Aston Martin, giving us our first look at the production interior.

Power is expected to come from a V12 engine making 477-hp. 0 to 62 mph will come in under 5 seconds with a top speed of more than 186 mph.

Pricing is expected to come 10 percent to 15 percent higher than the DB9 - meaning we’re looking at 300,000 euros ($424,748 USD).

Now wait, the DB9 may very well be 300,000 euros in Europe, but the DB9 is about $190,000 US on the high side. 15% added to that would bring the price to $218,500. The difference between that and the claimed $424,748 is substantial; in fact it is a 123% addition to the DB9 price in the US.
