2009 Pebble Beach: Bugatti Grand Sport Sang Bleu revealed
As we said in this post, Bugatti unveiled today, continuing this year’s 100th anniversary celebrations the Bugatti Sang Bleu, described as an exclusive, one-off Grand Sport, honouring the marques precious heritage. Instead of applyingtwo paint colours or paint and material to highlight the two tone design the ‘Sang Bleu’ exclusively concentrates on materials: carbon fibre and aluminum.

The chosen colour combination is blue carbon fibre with polished aluminum. Also, the rear airscoops are tinted in the same nightblue and integrate perfectly into the overall design philosophy of this unique model.

When are they going to produce a Dubai version of the Veyron?

And what exactly would a "Dubai" version include?

At least this one isn't just another dual tone Veyron. I like how you can still see the carbon fiber only that it's in a different color. I like how you can see the aluminum and the chrome accents and the details in the wheels, but if I were already a Veyron owner, I'd be indifferent about all these special editions.

I've been thinking about getting one but I'm concerned about the fuel mileage. My PT Cruiser get about 22 MPG and I'd hate to give that up.

Also...the cup holders aren't large enough to hold a Slurpee.

Well ThierryHenry, it figures since Dubai does account for 1/5th of all the Veyrons sold to date (out of a poulation of 1.5 million people), they should have a special version dedicated to them. In other words, one Veyron per 100,000 people. In contrast, England has 0ne Veyron per two million two hundred thousand people lol. Clear enough for you?

Wow! That is fantastic. This looks better than the Mansory version that adds another cool $1,000,000. But that cars whole body is CFRP! Order one, pay a little extra and have them turn up the wick to 1,101 horsepower.Just because you could. How cool would that be?

Cool car, but now I've got Neil Diamond's "Song Sung Blue" in my head.

Thanks Bugatti.
