Suzuki Kizashi Hybrid coming by 2011
The Kizashi, Suzuki’s mid-size sedan, is slated to offer an optional hybrid powertrain for 2011, according to Japan’s Nikkei newspaper. These plans would put make the Kizashi as Suzuki’s first hybrid automobile. It’s apparent that Suzuki is fully supporting the Kizashi, which is seen to go against Toyota Camry and Honda Accord, by being the first recipient of its environmentally friendly technology.

For quite some time, Suzuki played around with the idea of installing the Kizashi with gas electric technology but it’s the first time that a firm timetable has been announced for the vehicle.

I think it's too litlle, too late for Suzuki.

This car isn't especially attractive and looks a few years old already.
Good luck convincing potential buyers.

MSP6,
Sad to say you may be right. Too bad the car didn't look as good as the concept. This car brings nothing new to the table styling wise.

Using GM hybrid technology will be a step backward for Suzuki. The Saturn hybrid is not much of a hybrid, more a joke.
