Worst Photoshop Guess Of A Future Lexus In History And Should Lexus Do A Next-Gen SC?
When you're the leader in spy photos whether real or made up you end up getting tipped off to some REAL beauties.
Someone sent us this one this weekend claiming it's the next SC from Lexus becuase it came from a Japanese magazine.
First of all, no one knows if there is even going to be another SC outside of Lexus and I am voting this shot the worst Photoshop guess of a future Lexus in history.
Who is in agreement with me and SHOULD Lexus make a next generation SC?

True. But the vents, front facia, and some of the exterior design lines at the A, B, & C pillars don't look characteristic of a Lexus concept.
The use of vents and their placement doesn't seem like something Lexus would do...even in a crazy concept.

Looks like a Jaguar XK, which is boring and a real car, not a photoshop.

Lexus will certainly draw some design inspiration from LF-A, which I don't see at all from this crappy photoshop. It's too rounded while LF-A has angular, unfinished-lines language.

Lexus never actually gave up on a model before. An earlier post claimed the next-gen SC to have a new, clean dress with a soft-top roof to allow more freedom in design.
I highly doubt that the XK/6/first/second-gen SC inspired photoshop above is the next SC. I can't say what the next generation would look like. But I can say that there will be a successor, and I hope it looks good.

I think they should bring it back. I like the SC. I think it looks nice. Then again, thats purely my opinion. They should stick with the LF-A design theme for the future. Im sure that would sell.

I think they should just make a coupe based on the GS or the LS and replace the SC with the LF-A although it's limited production. Might give Lexus a more exclusive image.

Ok, so it is a photoshop, but whoever did this seemed to draw inspiration from the basic shape of the Maserati Gran Turismo. The downward slopping front section with the grille and headlights reminds me of the Audi TT.

There will be a next generation SC. I really doubt it will look anything like the photo here.

Just looks like a jaguar/nissan merge
They should not make another SC. They should make a GS coupe.

Coming to autospies for several years now, I've definately seen worse photoshops than that.

The car pictured doesn't actually look bad. The current SC should have been redesigned years ago. The fact that lexus keeps pushing a tired played-out car year-after-year, speaks volumes.

Lexus definitely should do a next generation SC, correct the exterior look and its handling.

Wow...um...er...ah.
I like that it's rendered in diarrhea green. Lovely.
What Toyota/Lexus should do is build the next SC (and next GX) on the GS platform.
