Audi upgrades its logo
Audi has given its long-running logo a minor update following its centennial celebration. The logo now has a very chic, modern take on an ageless design. The four interlocking rings symbol has been associated with Audi since the formation of the original Auto Union in 1932, and became even more so when the brand was revived in 1965.

The three-dimensional texture and shadowing already lend a modern look but Audi gave it a finish that looks like polished chrome. As a result, the logo looks authentic, giving the impression that you’re seeing the real thing emblazoned across the hood of a Bahn-stormer. The Audi name itself has shrunk and has moved away from the rings and to the left of center.

Great Logo. All the great European car companies have wonderful powerful logos compared to the US auto makers. I am a huge fan of Porsche logo, and Ferrari

He's getting deboosted because lots of folks here are fond of having the first letter of the brand serving as a logo...

porsche does not have a logo as such, but a "shield." as does cadillac.

chevrolet USED to have one too, but dumped it while retaining only the central 'bowtie.'

the bowtie has become the ULTIMATE EXPRESSION of CHEAP CAR. chevy needs a new logo more than any other major brand.
