New Teaser Image: BMW Vision Efficient Dynamics

IAABlog is back with another teaser photo of the upcoming BMW Vision EfficientDynamics Concept. While we’re just two days away from the official revealing, the teasing game continues and at least this time we get a better idea of the design….or at least some tiny bits of it.

The Concept will make its debut at the Frankfurt Motorshow and the BMW marketing machine says that this Concept will look like no other BMW Concept before.

The Vision Concept takes advantage of all the groundbreaking EfficientDynamics technology and will showcase these features available for any car tomorrow.

"A source close to BMW told WCF that the Vision EfficientDynamics concept is a supercar utilizing a small diesel hybrid engine producing approximately 800Nm and an average fuel consumption figure of approximately 3.5 litres per 100km (67.2 mpg US / 80.7 mpg UK). They say it will be able to go from 0 - 100km/h in under 5 seconds. If these numbers are remotely true, BMW is certainly not exaggerating when they call it a "new revolutionary concept car with BMW EfficientDynamics technology.""- worldcarfans.

Why show teaser pics? The technology is nice,but everyone knows its going to look like a spaceship. Thats what car companies do,they take new technology and put it in something that looks like a UFO to show it off.
