Volkswagen Golf R Revealed

Here are the first images of the Golf R. A successor to the previous R32 editions of the Golf, this R will come with a 265 horsepower 2.0 turbo engine and all wheel drive. Aside from the all wheel drive and more powerful engine, the R also gets exterior changes from the standard Golf. It has larger air intakes, unique headlights and taillights with LEDs, and signature center mounted twin tailpipes like the ones on the previous R32s.

It's nice I guess. But why do these Uber Golfs continually only accelerate from 0-60 in only the 6 second range.

For what it will cost, it just doesn't add up.
