OOPS! Real Shots Of 2011 Infiniti M37x (Inside AND Out) Leak Onto Web- STUD Or DUD?
These are the kind of shots that drive PR people crazy when they slip out onto the net.

This time, it's the 2011 Infiniti M37x that's caught with its camo down.

And these are some pretty darn good shots.

So what is the verdict on the M37x?

STUD or DUD?

And what do you like or don't like about this future vehicle?

The interior doesnt amaze me at all its pretty much a very slight facelift interior from the previous. Has a bigger G37 look to it which looks good but not impressed too much. they need to still work on this if this will be the new flagship. I say bring the Q back....the Q was always distinct and unique from all the other infiniti's which made it a flagship. I am kinda 50/50 on this one....it doesnt have the WOW factor to me especially if its a newly re-desinged model

So the post is a little misleading a lot of other car sites are claiming this as the M not the G

Headline: Real Shots Of 2011 Infiniti M37x

Where do you get the idea we said it's the G?

Yes...I'm sure it drives PR people crazy when these shots "leak" out. what kind of PR guy wants "free" PR anyway?
ooops, I left the car window open, why don't you take a clean shot of the interior...just keep it to yourself and be sure not to post it on any random sites.

From some angles I like it and others I dont. It kind of looks like a bloated copy of the G sedan. The front half is definitely more successful than the back. I feel like it needs to be bigger though. it doesn't look much bigger than the G, especially on the inside. The front seats look cramped.

I'll have to see this one in person.

Why do people like to harp on how this car looks like a larger G when a BMW 5 looks like a larger 5 which looks like a smaller 7? Same with MB.

I had a 2007 M, and recently test drove a G37. No comparison. The M is, roomy smooth and semi-luxurious, the G is cramped, noisy, and despite 333 hp, was annoying lethargic. Car was for my wife... we tested 4 cars, ranked here by my choices... M, A5, 335i, G37. Wife's choices... 335i, M, A5, G37.

You are right is is more reliable then a 5-Series!

solid design with a nice interior, and the V8 should be quite a monster. likely to continue to win magazine comparisons, will the sales increase? not as sure.

i'm trying to like it but the last M had class and this just reminds me of a downgraded version of what used to be (from the pics that are posted). i still love the interior but the FX front and G rear doesn't make for a good looking flagship, in my opinion.

and i loved the last M more than most other sedans on the road today.

As in the BMW 5GT: Very nice inside...ugly outside..so it will have the same success as the 5GT....in sales..

STUD - but I had an 08 G35 and like Infiniti's design work (with cars, not SUV/CUVs)...of course, companies like Honda/Acura and Toyota/Lexus lower the bar quite a bit.

I like the car, the interior is very nice, i think they could take it a step up and put a more exspensive looking steering wheel in there though. I think thats one of Infiniti's lackluster products and it makes the entire interior look cheap. From the pics the car looks the same size as the G sedan so ill have to see it in person or compared to another vehicle. but i give it a B+. I LOVE IT!

That is a hot sedan, looks awesome. Definetely a Stud. It is not a 5 series, because it is better in my opinion! Good job Inifiniti.

This quite clearly was designed by the exact same team that designed the current Nissan Maxima. They look very similar.

The cabin design has improved. In the last generation, the wood paneling looked as if it were commissioned by Virco, maker of school furniture.

Dud. Looks like a Maxima and a balloon animal mated.

I almost bought the current Infiniti M-series in 2005. That was a pretty nice car - even though the dashboard looked like an ATM, like schnell330i said! :-0
This new design is probably even nicer. I look forward to seeing it "in the flesh".
