Tokyo Preview: Honda Skydeck Hybrid Concept
After the CR-Z Concept, Honda will also bring at this year’s Tokyo Motor Show the Skydeck Hybrid Concept, a new vehicle set to take on the Ford S-Max. With this new vehicle, the Japanese manufacturer is going to replace the FR-V for Europe and plans to expand its hybrid range into a number of different segments.

The Skydeck uses the same hybrid system found on the Insight, but now the battery us mounted within the centre console that runs along the cabin floor which might represent the future solution for the next-generation Honda IMA hybrid system designed to power bigger vehicles.

honda should just close up shop now and save the embarassment. make cars like you dide in the late 90s and early 2000 and u'll be fine. same goes for acura. the tl of the late 90s and up to 2006 looked great... with the intro of the beak things went to the crapper. hondas designs are getting worse and worse. slowly refine not get into such radical designs that ppl arent use to it... economy cars arent meant to look outstanding. look at toyotas boring designs annd they still sell a lot.
