New Photos Of The BMW GT Turismo That Are ALMOST As Good As Ours!
Up and coming European car/model photographer and friend of the spies Mario-Roman Lambrecht, was in Lisbon a few weeks ago, photographing the new BMW GT Turismo.

And he has some really nice shots of the new BMW. ALMOST as nice as ours...

Ok, maybe they ARE as nice. ;)

Great job Mario! Oh, and nice photos in Playboy of the new Rolls-Royce Ghost!

Check them out here....

BMWSpies: you can fill up the website with pictures of the 5GT Ninja turtle car, but trust me, It will sale a few of them and them the sales will hit the bottom so hard that BMW will have to put an emergency plane to survive. Sales, at least, I guess will be a little bit better than the X6.

The only thing they care about is that it sells more than the 5-series wagon currently being offered here.

Wagon sales in the USA are dead and you have to give them credit for trying something new and innovative.

Plus, it looks really good on the road.

Pics don't do it justice.

I cant agree with you more....Agent001....Like i always say BMW constantly goes waaaaaaaaayyyyyyy outside the box when they design a new model of their current lineup. but it never fails a year or 2 down the road and everyone and their grandmother has one and I see the same for the 5 series GT.

Judging by the picture they are obviously targeting the young mexican crowd ;)

sigh... does the building not look mexican to you? I don't care where the pictures were taken. And it's not like it matters anyway.

Are we now trying to pretend that this is an attractive car? I understand the need to transition away from "ugly" station wagons, but honestly, this is supposed to look better?

oh ouch, that hurt, I guess I must be totally clueless. My opinion must totally be invalid because someone doesn't see a run down concrete tan coloured building as being mexican. *eyesroll*

Those are good photos and I have been to Lisbon, Portugal.

That is the new BMW 5-Series, but I'm still not sure we will get the GT.

I can't wait to take one for a spin !!

This is just my opinion but I am still not sold on this BMW GT. I do believe that the car seen in real life is better than the picture but everything is relative, two times zero is still zero. I know that sounds harsh (yes, too harsh even) but I'm just trying to get my point across. This hatchback sedan design doesn't seems right. Modern hatchback sedans like the Audi, and the most current Citroens are better proportioned IMO.

Not bad, but I still prefer the A5 Sportback. Maybe it'll grow on me.

I've seen the 5 Series GT on the road and is simply an amazing looking car in the flesh, it truly has amazing presence on the road. The problem with the A5 Sportback is, even though it is also an excellent looking car, is that it is not really a competitor to the BMW (The Audi is simply a hatchback version of the A5, same height The BMW is not just a hatchnack version of the new 5 Series, it's a cross between the 5 an X6 and a hatchback) - side by side the 5 Series GT is a mcuh more impressive car.
