As a Chinese person born and raised in North America there is no chance a Bugatti could ever reach it's maximum speed in China. Traffic is congested like a Mo_fo and there are too many pedestrians. Also something to consider is robbery. Many thieves out there who like to snatch. Imagine you lost your car key to your Veyron.!

It is but there's no room for a Veyron on the streets. Not that many Chinese can't afford it. It's just there's no room to park it or no where that you can trust. If you've ever been to China you will understand. The Veyron would be dead on the street before it gets to its next gas station. Traffic is brutal and the number of pedestrians is truly insane.
