Toyota won’t make any profit from the Lexus LFA
There won’t be any profit to be made from the Lexus LFA due to the high cost incurred from developing and constructing it. However, insiders say that the company’s aim was to create a halo car for the brand. And Toyota did just that after spending six years in development.

Only 500 LFAs will be produced, selling for €375,000 each. In the UK, only 17 LFAs will be sold. So far Lexus has taken two orders. The car is packed with technology, including the bespoke engine with a 9000rpm redline.

Toyota had a halo car that wasn't a halo price. It was called the Supra and in TT form it was nice. But like all their other good and fun cars, they let it die. Now if you want excitement out of a Toyota you have to drop a few hundred G's.

You're just pissed that GM doesn't have the "BALLS" to release something like this despite robbing taxpayers of their hard earned money.

rigid.. Not only does the ZR-1 have nearly a 100 more HP and 100+ ft lbs of torque, it only managed a 0.1 second faster 0-60 time than the LF-A. By the way, Lexus was able to achieve the 3.8 seconds 0-60 time without using the launch control.

STOP USING MY TAX MONEY TO PRODUCE HEAVY PIGS LIKE THE ZR-1.
