GM recalling around 53,000 Chevrolet Cobalt, Saturn Ion and Pontiac G5 vehicles
Due to the risk of a fuel leakage, General Motors is recalling about 53,000 2008 Chevrolet Cobalt and 2007 Saturn Ion and Pontiac G5 vehicles, which were sold in the states of Arizona, Texas, California, Florida and Nevada. A problem has been detected in the plastic supply or return port on the modular reservoir assembly.

A recall is not an indication of poor build, but more of good conscience. To date Lexus/Toyota has had some of the biggest recalls yet it hasn't hurt them at all. It's when manufacturers try to blame questionabe manufacturing on owners (like Nissan did recently), or ignore the problem (like the Old GM would have). GM has come a long way.
