Update: BMW hit-and-run story

Orange County sheriff's deputies arrested the driver who may have intentionally run down a man in an Aliso Viejo parking lot, an official said today.

The suspect believed to have been driving a silver-colored BMW Thursday night was arrested late yesterday and booked on suspicion of attempted murder, said Jim Amormino of the Orange County Sheriff's Department.

A person believed to have been a passenger was being questioned, he said.

How do you know if suspects were actual party involved in the act of the crime? Law Enforcement Officer do not punish. They provide Public Safety by Enforcing Laws and strict regulations. No more! If more..You are considered as a renegade cop and you'll eventually spend time in state prison with roommate named Bubba.
But, I understand your feeling.
