South Korea – A woman in South Korea who tried to pass the written exam for a driver's license with near-daily attempts since April 2005 has finally succeeded on her 950th time.

Such drivers are dangerous for other motorists. Why there is no rule in that country which bans license for a person after 100 failed attempts or something like that. 950 attempts, OMG she must be needing license very badly.
