C&D Short Tests the 2010 Jaguar XKR: 0-60 in 4.0 sec.
The XKR is the most performance-oriented model in Jaguar’s current lineup, so it’s fitting that the storied English automaker upped the ante for 2010 by fitting a 510-hp, supercharged 5.0-liter V-8 in place of the old model’s 420-hp, 4.2-liter supercharged unit. (The base XK gets a 385-hp, 5.0-liter naturally aspirated V-8 instead of the previous car’s 300-hp, 4.2-liter V-8.)

But that wasn’t the only change for 2010. The XKR gets revised exterior styling, with a more aggressive front bumper, LED rear lights, and a different lower rear spoiler. Chrome now adorns the window surrounds, while the side vents are body color. When equipped with the optional 20-inch wheels, the XKR is a real beauty that looks almost as elegant as the Aston Martin DB9.

I was hoping you would figure it out:

This site's article headers do not handle certain characters well and mangles them: the character above being the ampersand (&).

That is actually rather nice of you to say, but it is me, believe it or not. I have thought about changing it as recently I had some shots, to which I do own the rights, taken by a fashion photographer.

Okay so you don't believe me. That's fine. I am having difficulty accessing my myautospies page on which I will post that photograph and maybe a couple more when I do acquire access. I have contacted 009 about it.

I don't actually look like Paul Walker- I am much thinner (6'2" and 125 lbs), but despite the fact that I am a nerdy Petroleum Engineer most of the time, I do actually spend some time as a runway model- an not just for locals either.

I am really feeling this car.....styling is a little aston martinish but the look is very sexy and has a hell of a performance package to go along with it.
